A Day Out in Pure Skill and Monkey Business!

We were really lucky this year as each class enjoyed not one, but two school tours!

On Tuesday morning, the senior room went to Pure Skill, an indoor sports arena, while the junior room went next door to Monkey Business.

In Pure Skill there were 10 activities altogether: Gaelic, soccer, golf chipping and putting, basketball, tennis, cricket, hurling, baseball and rugby. We all received a record card to keep track of our scores after every activity. The overall winners were Saibh and Darren. They each won a voucher for Pure Skill worth €15.

The junior room also had tons of fun in Monkey Business, playing on the bouncy castles and on the slides.

To top it all off, afterwards we went to Supermacs where we got some lunch and yummy ice-cream!

We had a wonderful day! Thank you to our teachers for taking us on this fantastic trip!
