Rounders Fun Day

On Thursday, the senior room went to the Connacht GAA centre of excellence in Bekan for a day of Rounders.

There were lots of other schools from throughout Mayo there also. Firstly, we were taught the rules of rounders together with skills used in playing the game. Afterwards we got the opportunity to play some games of rounders against some of the other schools.

Despite the miserable weather, we all really enjoyed the day and are looking forward to playing some more rounders in school over the coming months.
